Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, and it never expires: €0, no card and no time limit. It includes 1 staff member, 50 appointments per month, 50 clients on file, online booking and email notifications. The booking page shows a "Made with Beautly" badge.
What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
Your account is not blocked. Every new sign-up starts with 30 days of all the features and, when that ends, moves automatically to the Free plan. No data is deleted: your clients, services and history stay where they are. You only lose the paid-plan features, such as WhatsApp, campaigns, commissions and full reports.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Neither for the 30-day trial nor to stay on the Free plan.
What happens if I go over the Free plan limits?
Nothing is deleted. You can still view and edit everything that already exists; only creating new records is blocked, until next month or until you upgrade. Note: once the appointment limit is full, your public page stops accepting new bookings — we email you when that happens.
How many staff members can I have?
On the Free plan, 1 staff member. On Essential, up to 2. On Professional, up to 5. On Premium, unlimited.
Do my clients need an account to book?
No. The online booking link is public — any client can open it and book without creating an account.
Are the reminders sent automatically?
Yes. You can turn on up to two reminders per appointment and choose how far in advance each one is sent.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in and no penalties. Cancel whenever you like, straight from the dashboard.
Does Beautly work on a phone?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on any device: phone, tablet or computer.
