Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
30 days free with no card, the free days are not lost when you subscribe, and your first payment is fully refundable for 14 days — or until the paid period starts, whichever is later.
1. Thirty days free, no card
Every new account starts with 30 (thirty) free days from the day it is created, with the features of the Professional plan. We do not ask for a credit card to start, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
2. Subscribing during the trial does not shorten it
You can subscribe to a paid plan at any point during the 30 free days. When you do, the free days you have left stay: the paid period only starts counting after they end.
For example: if you subscribe on day 10, the remaining 20 free days still apply and your first paid cycle starts on day 31.
3. Your first payment is fully refundable
You are entitled to a full refund of your first payment if you ask:
- before the paid period starts (that is, while the free trial is still running); or
- within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of the payment;
— whichever is later. In practice, subscribing halfway through the trial keeps you covered for the whole trial and for 14 days after it ends.
We do not ask why, and there is no fee.
4. Who issues the refund
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for every order placed on this website. Paddle is the seller of record, issues your invoice, collects the payment and is the party that issues refunds. We do not process refunds ourselves and we are not able to move money back to your card.
That does not make it harder for you. You can ask either side:
- write to us at support@beautly.app or use our contact page — we confirm within 1 (one) business day and instruct Paddle to refund; or
- contact Paddle directly, quoting the order reference in your receipt.
Once approved, Paddle returns the money to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. After the guarantee period
Once the period in section 3 has passed, cycles already paid for are not refunded — but you are never locked in: when you cancel, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the cycle you have paid for and no further charges are made. There is no penalty and no minimum term.
Two exceptions where we ask Paddle to refund pro rata even outside that window: a charge made in error on our side, and a suspension of the service caused by us through no fault of yours.
6. What happens to your account afterwards
At the end of the paid period, your account is never blocked and nothing is deleted: it moves automatically to the Free plan, which is permanent. Clients, services and history stay available to view, edit and export, within the Free plan limits described in the Terms of Service.
7. This policy does not reduce your statutory rights
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, under Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK rules. The guarantee in section 3 is at least as long as that period and is offered on top of it.
Nothing in this policy removes, reduces or replaces any right the law gives you. Where there is a conflict, whichever is more favourable to you prevails. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
